Leadership Coaching-Training Package
With this cost-effective, time-efficient model, clients can benefit from multiple participants (minimum of three), versus the more expensive “one-off” approach.
Included for all participants within a 9 – 12 month time-frame:
- On-Site Leadership Training Modules
- One-On-One Coaching
- Executive Coach on Retainer as Needed
- Delivered to all participants as a group
- Content can be customized to fit current leadership model or a previously developed “off-the-shelf” program can be used (i.e. using “great business books”** content )
- Quarterly, day-long to partial day sessions are recommended. This can be adjusted
- All programs will include P. A. WEISS’ Leader’s Presence© content and emphasis (self and relationship management)
- No faddish gimmicks are used. Careful consideration is made to retention as well as adult and brain-friendly learning
- Emphasis on current business challenges and specific areas of behavioral professional growth
- Stakeholder feedback is crucial and is utilized as feasible (i.e. interviews and 360 degree feedback tool)
- 1 ½ hour coaching sessions spaced every three to two weeks. (Sessions are slightly more concentrated at the beginning of the engagement to establish rapport and complete assessment/s)
- Typically, the robust and highly effective Birkman Method® assessments are used.
- In-person sessions are preferred whenever feasible
- Coaches are available to coachees in between coaching sessions on an as-needed, reasonable basis
