Organization
We begin by analyzing the context and dynamics of the organization that may be driving behaviors. Starting with the organization’s strategies, business drivers, objectives and culture, we contemplate key factors impacting the organization and the resulting human dynamics.
Team or Business Unit
We then consider the dynamics of the specific team or business unit and how it’s functioning, identifying objectives as well as business and relational drivers and objectives.
Individual
Finally, we work with individual leaders to identify their roles within these groups. We also explore their degree of functioning, areas of strength, areas for improvement and desired outcomes. This process might include a structured coaching engagement.
In all phases we may employ the use of assessments and interviews. We also seek to measure individual and group progress with key stakeholders where feasible. For smaller engagements, the approach will be abbreviated or tailored based on the needs and interests of the individual client.
